The staff are great and from the outside it looks good. That changes when you get to your room. It’s evident that the rooms are well worn and you can see from the chipping paint, along with mold that’s been hidden with paint, lastly the floor that wasn’t clean when we walked in. If you or a loved one intent to utilize the rollout sofa bed please spare them and get another proper bed. The mattress is made of cloth and raggedy springs. It’s also not made so you get to call for sheets and make the bed yourself =]. The main bed is fine but it creaks and moans with every motion. I thought it was because of me but my wife is 115lbs and the bed complained when she moved as well. Pathetic for a Marriott property. Decent breakfast. $25 A DAY for parking that IS NOT Indicated in Expedia’s booking disclosure. The hotel doesn’t tell you that either.

Nice hotel but need better staff,
During off season they do not check pool for outside guests to enter. Late night at the pool had wet towels all over and the basket was full of wet towels. Staff seems uninterested in helping guests. Hotel is in great location with beautiful views.

The view is wonderful. Coffee shop staff was awesome however im not used to tourist pricing. Called ahead for handicapped room near elevator and was placed at last room down hall. Alarm woke us at 6am and had to go down stairs for falsa alarm.
