Person at check-in was upset that we rang the bell per the instructions and said “what do you want” to which we said “here to check in” he then replied “not if you’re ringing my bell like that”. Poor mentality employee. Don’t put a bell to ring then disrespect customer when it’s rung, multiple times as you did not respond to the first 2 rings.

Disgusting

They are rude. They asked for a cash deposit. The place was terrifying. Drug paraphernalia everywhere. You have to check in via window for safety. It's dirty.

Stuffs were unprofessional, never provided me any service we asked. Ovens are rusty and fungus filled. Fridge doesnt work. Tv remote is not given no wifi whatever WiFi they only for stuffs. Homeplace of homeless and weed smoker. Every room is smelling weed. I regret going there. Expedia robbed me, showing me old photos may be 10 years.

Keith at the front desk refused to let me check in to my room. When I called Expedia he lied and said that the room was unavailable due to the housekeeping. It was 8:30 at night!!! He also called me a B*%#h and told me my mother was one also. Please remove them from your list of properties. No one should be subject to this type of abuse from anyone. Especially a paying customer.

It was horrible the dirty room, full of dust the dirty bathroom the room smelled of musty and burned with cigars the blanquets the fridge rusty the micro let's say there was not even soap in two of them because I asked them to change my room 3 times and in the end the last one was a little better. But terrible, they charged me 2 times the deposit, one on arrival and another on leaving in the morning. I don't want to go back to that place ever

Terrible don’t ever go here!

This hotel was terrible they could not make any guest a keys bc the machine was broken. I gad to be let in my room anytime I left it and returned. There were no toiletries and no pillow cases of sheets on the bed!
