Awful because of room not being cleaned and no tow

When I made it to the hotel, I was very impressed. I loved the look inside and out. I felt safe with the location. What I didn't like was the fact that my room was never cleaned. My family left twice from the hotel and when we arrived back the room was not cleaned..bed not made nor did we receive new towels. We had to go downstairs and request new towels. I will never stay at this location again.

The Tru is very modern and comforting. And the staff was very helpful, accommodating, warm, and welcoming. There are plenty of amenities: a nice gym, good breakfast, wi-fi, laundry, bar, fire pit, and 24/hr vending area. I didn't find the bed very comfortable, and the floors seemed a bit dirty. But overall, I would definitely stay again.
