Everything was fresh and brand new I wanted to keep it that way. I did spend a lot of time looking for a broom, if traveling you might want to bring one. Everything else was great! I look forward to coming back!

Staff was excellent. Property was clean. I like the flooring, but lack of carpeting means noise travels more. I'm undecided on the lack of amenities that other hotels offer. Great location in North West Pensacola. I'm already planning another stay shortly.

Bring all your essentials if you’re staying here. There are no extras ie; hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner. No pots and pans! You get a bed, toilet and tub at this place. If you’re okay with paying to camp at a hotel, this might be the one for you!

super happy with everything except the noise from other rooms above us. very loud stomping and borderline yelling in the middle of the night, causing my 5 month old to wake up multiple times. other than that, everything else was great!

It was awful. Rooms small, bed horrible, fire hazard. Only one stair case and one elevator. Smell when you entered. Very very poor. Never stay at a Woodsprings again.

The service was amazing. However, the hotel had a HORRIBLE smell especially on the second floor and elevator. It got so bad that i felt like the smell seeped into my room and I had to ask to be move to a different floor. I also had a spider in my room which I killed and that's no big deal. The walls were a bit too thin that I could hear the room next door's conversation. Location wise it was veey central to everything. People at the front desk was accomodating! Would stay again if it wasn't for the smell!

The day we got there are reservation was not ready. Then we were four people and they only gave us 2 towels so we had to ask for more. Then the last day we stayed they didn’t have anymore toilet paper available.

Chick in was very slow. But the receptionist was very nice. Room has no coffee maker, hair dryer, very sparse with one tiny bar of soap and one tiny bottle of shampoo. No curtains covering the window so you couldn't keep out the morning light. On the good side the bed was very comfortable as for the pillows. And the two towels and one face cloth that we got were very soft. The price is not in line with other hotel chains. Don't plan on staying here again.

Very chill
It was very clean and simple. Wasn't bothered and they helped when asked for help. I did laundry a couple times, it looked like the only way to get detergent was with quarters. Not a problem for me but not everyone carries quarters around with them. However I don't doubt that you could ask the staff to help with that.
