Went for a mini getaway because it has been a while since I’d stayed at the hotel but always had a great stay. This time was different between the loud barking dog two doors down ,kids next door to me running in & out of their room past midnight & the most uncomfortable bed needless to say our stay was everything but relaxing. I am in shock because this hotel has always provided a relaxing & comfortable stay in the past but I guess that’s where it will remain in the past.

I was charged an extra $83 upon checkin which I was told would go to Expedia. Terrible checkin experience, dirty hotel, cheap blankets. Coffee maker in bathroom.

Hotel was great. However there is absolutely NO food or restaurants at the hotel! I even lost $2 in the vending machine! I would suggest at least a continental breakfast of donut or pastry. To have nothing available is totally unacceptable! ! The hotel is clean , rooms are safe & spacious!

Room was ok, but bathroom was slacking

Cleanliness of the room (more so of bathroom) was the bigest downfall. Bed was comfortable, room had plenty of space, good channel selection on the TV... that was about it. Shower was dirty, toilet was dirty, shower did not dran so you were standing 2 inches of water. Atvleast it was hot water, nonissue there. Although the room as a whle was spacious, the shower was definitely not.
