I have been an Expedia VIP customer for more than 18 years, and I’ve always had positive experiences when booking through their platform — until now. The check-in at this hotel was the worst service I have ever encountered.
After a long day of travel, I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 p.m. with a 75-year-old lady, expecting a smooth and welcoming check-in process. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The front desk staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, and despite having a confirmed reservation, we were left without assistance or proper service.
The situation became so unacceptable that I had no choice but to leave and search for another hotel at that late hour — something I have never had to do in all my years of travel.
This experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating, especially given the circumstances. I hope management takes action to improve their service and ensure that no other guests have to go through what we did.
Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived on a Sunday and were left completely stranded when no one from management responded to help us complete our check-in. Despite the guard’s efforts to contact several colleagues, no one answered. We had no choice but to take another Uber late at night and search for a new hotel at 10pm—with a 5am flight the next day. This hotel offers no 24-hour support, which is unacceptable for any establishment claiming to provide hospitality. Never again.
