Booked on line then upon arrival claimed they overbooked and I had to find another. Thank goodness our driver spoke some English and translated for us because front desk clerk didn’t speak any English. Expedia really helped us 100% in finding another hotel.

We booked this last minute due to a flight cancellation. Location is in the middle of town. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean. Breakfast which was included was wonderful and was mixed with eggs. Breads, fruits and made to order eggs. Area felt safe in the day and very lovely in the night. It was fine to spend the night.

We arrived 2 hours early and were told room is not ready. We went out and was back 25 to 30 min before check in. They said they can check us in by 3:pm which we understand. We stayed at the hotel lobby. At 3:00 pm they still did not give attention until we approached them.
