Our party booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was very nice, the AC was great and it smelled good. The 2nd room not so much - AC cooled the room but it never got cold and there was definitely a musty smell to the room. You could see water damage on the ceiling and if we had not just been staying overnight then I would have requested a different room. Staff was nice both upon check-in and check-out and the free breakfast was decent.

The whole place felt unclean. There were a couple flies in my bathroom, and a lot of wear and tear in the room. Not a great experience

Horrible experience! toilet was over flowing from tank, sheets were dirty, phone didn't work to call desk, had to switch rooms and they only had a king suit needed double suit. the lady helping with breakfast was rude to all guest

The entire stay was horrible from dirty linen on the bed, dirty tub mat, refrigerator not getting cool,remote didn't work, lamp had a shortage and air unit not that cool. Service was horrible they said because I paid through a third party they couldn't give any monetary discount.
