Our card wouldn’t open the door, turns out we were given the wrong room and floor so had to go back down to reception and got a completely different room and floor to what we were originally given. We were also told we had late check out at, 12pm, however got a call from reception at 11.20am asking why we hadn’t checked out. The lobby and kids area were extremely cold. I know it is winter but it seemed like the air conditioner was on and was hard to feel comfortable with being cold.

I had problems with my aircon . It would not go past 18degrees . Quite cold . They attempted to fix it but nothing was done . I think all the rooms are set at this . To avoid heating bills . Has to wear my north face puffer whilst in room. Clean accomodation however if you don’t mind freezing go for it.

Walkable to the Optus stadium and easy to get an Uber or catch bus if desired. Property was very clean, nice comfortable bedding and friendly staff. Chilled environment with dining venue. Totally recommended.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are huge. I was staying on level 5. There was a party being held below me in one of the banquet rooms that was quite loud. I rang reception and they cut things off at 11:30 pm.
