This was a fantastic property with wonderful ocean views over the harbour. It was clean and very well appointed. The reception staff were very helpful and supportive. It was quiet, which was exactly what we wanted after our flight from London. It’s about a 5 to 10 minute walk central Fremantle, although there are restaurants five minutes away. The only negative is a large amount of building work going on on the road to the apartments. However, it does not impact on the apartments themselves which are far far enough away to not suffer from noise I would recommend these apartments very highly

Second stay at Be.Fremantle. We the location and the view is spectacular. Our room and bathroom are always spotless with daily housekeeping if we choose to have it. Reception staff are super helpful, bag drop and early check in if room is ready. Bikes are a nice addition with first hour free. Parking also a bonus. Balcony over looking sunrise view is super for breakfast and generally watching the boats go by. Rooms are soundproofed to a high standard, have never heard a sound from our neighbours. Would definitely recommend and would personally stay again for a third visit to Freo.

During my stay at Be. Fremantle, a four star serviced apartment charging, my family and I experienced a distressing and dangerous incident when our unit was broken into at night while we were asleep inside. The intrusion occurred through the ground floor patio facing a dark, secluded public carpark. I later learned that this entire side of the building has no CCTV coverage, a low fence, and an unlocked side gate with no camera or lock to deter intruders. Anyone from the carpark accessible to public could look straight into the apartment. Even the investigating police officers were shocked at this complete lack of basic security and remarked on how unsafe it was. Because of the lack of surveillance, the burglar remains at large. When I raised these concerns, management said it was my responsibility to use the in room safe, missing the point that the apartment was broken into while we were sleeping in it at 10:30 pm. This was not just theft but a serious safety breach. Despite police instructions to leave the apartment untouched, management prioritised preparing the room for the next guest barely an hour after the 11 am checkout time, risking contamination of evidence. When I requested a refund for the danger, trauma, and lapses in duty of care, management dismissed my concerns and even threatened to report me, accusing me of making false claims to obtain compensation. I am prepared to submit photographs of the unlocked gate, email correspondence, and the police inciden

Nice apartment overlooking the harbour, well maintained with secure parking. Easy registration. Location was ok with roadworks connecting the site. Minor issue and some folk may find the location an issue where there was bad weather as it was a fair walk to the city centre.
