The Duxton surpassed all expectations from the get go. The service across all areas of the hotel was impeccable, the room was amazing, we never waited longer than 30 seconds for the elevator (and we were on the 12th floor), the Concierge went out of their way to walk us to the bus stop to make sure we went to the right one, all front desk staff were attentive and no request was too difficult. All the staff at the breakfast buffet (which was great) were all lovely. Can't fault the hotel.

The room was beautiful and spacious, staff very welcoming and helpful. Our only downside was the breakfast on the first day which was set up in the ballroom due to excess guests in the main dining room. The food was cold. The second day was perfect in the main dining room.

Enjoyed our stay at the Duxton the room was clean staff was helpful, especially Andrea. He was helpful with us hiring a car let us know our options and places to see its close to shops, couldn’t find many places to eat that was open late most was closed by 7pm maybe we was wasn’t in the right area but looked around the main shopping malls most were closed early
