Hotel is in a great location to walk to CBD and Elizabeth Quay. Good concierge, good luggage storage and when we needed a late check out it was offered with no extra cost. Will definitely be back

The rooms were nice but were situated next to a room that was quite loud. Was surprised how you could hear through the walls. Requested a different room and the customer service was very quick and accomodating to our request.

Peaceful stay.
It was amazing, I think we must have been given an upgrade as we discovered on arrival we had been given a suite. It was beautiful, pity we couldn't stay longer, as it was just an overnight stay arriving at midnight. Didn't get chance to use the bar or dinner. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could have asked for & more. Never heard a sound overnight.

Hôtel is modern and clean. Location is ok. Staff is not as friendly and welcoming as we have met in other 5 starts hotels. Breakfast is delicious but to pay additional fee for the barista coffee is kind of ridiculous.
