We were upset when the sauna was closed for half a day for building maintenance. We had planned to spend our morning at the sauna/steamroom/gym, especially when it was raining outside. The buffet breakfast seemed expensive.

Stayed from the 18:8:24 until the 20:8:24 had a very late checkin the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. On the 19:8:24 went down for breakfast and lunch at the fire water grill again the staff there very friendly and both breakfast and lunch menu was amazing. Left on the 20:8:24 after another fantastic breakfast Thank you to the Duxton Hotel Perth and its staff for the amazing hospitality. Beverley Parkes

Location was fantastic. The hotel had nice attention to detail. The pillow choice is a nice touch. Having a gymnasium within the hotel was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasant but disappointing
We had a pleasant stay but we were expecting a little more considering it is rated a 5 star hotel. Having no mini bar facilities was disappointing and i was unable to access room service through the QR code. Staff were professional but were not as warm and welcoming as we have previously experienced from our other stays in similarly rated accomodation.

The hotel is so beautiful and elegant, the rooms are furnished well, the bed was so incredibly comfortable and the attention to detail was outstanding. You can tell that guests are their priority. We had some very noisy people in the room next door to us who were playing their music and talking so loudly, we didn't have a problem with them enjoying themselves, but this was next level. We called Reception who contacted the Duty Manager, and the noise stopped immediately. The Duty Manager then called us back to make sure everything was good. We were very impressed with the response and the speed in which the call was acted. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to everyone looking for an amazing place to stay.
