Haven't stayed at the flag for several years, presently surprised. Clean and comfortable, fresh milk was a bonus. Checked in late after a long flight, slept like a baby. Will definitely stay again.

We booked for 3 people however when we checked in there was only 2 towels and 2 cups in the room. We stayed 2 nights and our room wasnt serviced when we asked reception why we were told if we wanted a service we needed to request one. Room was clean when we arrived the beds not that comfortable. The staff were friendly. We did have a meal at the restaurant onsite which was very nice.

Staff were terrific, room was clean and tidy. But the comings and goings of clients all night was not very good. Also could not park our car outside our room and that was a worry.

My family and I love coming back here. What made this trip extra special was my son had lost his favourite toy the stay before and we found that his toy was in lost n found. My son was over the moon to have his toy back thanks to the staff that found it and knew it was special to one little boy and kept it safe for him!!

Rooms are more modern than most motels of this sort, but still a motel. Bed was comfy and shower was good and hot, but could probably have been cleaned a little better as we were greeted by some short and curlys on the shower sill. Downside of arriving later in the evening is that I called at 10:30 for the shuttle and was told it had finished for the night (website says 11pm) so had to splurge $70 on a taxi to get there. :( Not convenient to any food options either. Did not try the restaurant, but it looked okay. The pool area looked good too, but it was raining and cole when we were there. Kids loved the carvings in the front gardens.

Very friendly and professional check in with the offer of milk and additional towels. Great directions regarding parking. Room was fresh and nicely set up. Wonderful nights sleep. Not so friendly check out - don’t think we were looked at once just told everything was okay to go. Found that overall the flag had improved immensely since staying last a few years ago. Would definitely stay again.

Noisy area and thin walls making the neighbors activities more audible than desired. Bed comfortable and room very clean. No bedside lamp. Either bright main light or darkness. Squeaky bathroom door that makes toilet breaks in the night disruptive to the whole family. Unable to leave it open due to bathroom window having a large opening allowing hungry mosquitos inside. Not likely to return to this property.
