Stay was lovely, front desk very helpful and nice. Room was bigger thani expected. Kitchenette very basic with only 2 of everything, 1 small pot and medium frypan. Chose no cleaning each day which was fine for a few days so cant comment on that. Very close to free buses but also walking distance to all major attractions and train from airport.

Comfortable city centre stay
Great location with good parking deal across the road. Friendly staff and nice bathroom products. Rooms large though a little bit of noise from the street ( they provide earplugs). Has cooking facility but only one dining chair which was odd for a double room. Would stay again as the price was very good.

I was there in Oaks Perth for 3 months. Excellent support from the staff at reception and as well as Housekeeping staff. And of course dinning hall staff. I realized the 24/7 staff service at reception support at Oaks Perth, when I was stayed in other place where there is no reception support at the time of smoke alarm triggered. I really appreciate the reception staff service, smile face and sprint to attend the false alarm to help the guest. Good memories unforgettable one. If possible share the Oaks Perth staff group photo.

Location was excellent with a short walk to Perth Underground station. Close to city shopping and supermarkets. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff were great! Rooms could use an uplift. Ie my room had a dirty curtain, a damaged toilet seat and just some finishings that require updating, felt underwhelming compared to other Oak Hotels I've stayed at. Breakfast was pretty ordinary too compared to other places. Quality was okay, range was minimal and often scraps left when I attended. Unfortunately I will now think twice when deciding to stay at Oaks hotels around Australia.

The rooms are spacious and self contained with kitchen and microwave. However, there is no daily housekeeping included. Oaks Perth Hotel is located at a very convenient spot with some upscale shops nearby. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel. A short walk to Murray Street Mall and Hay Street Mall for food and shopping.

the bathroom tiles had grime and the room is very dated. They originally tried to put me in a room that had an aircon that sounded like helicopter taking off that was a disabled access room that was no cleaner than the room they moved me to. The headboard had significant stain and floor of kitchenette was un-mopped. definitely not what I expected for the price even if one of the most reasonably priced at about $720 for 2 nights.
