Great hotel 4th time here over 8 years. Room service was a bit hit and miss. Room was clean, bed was comfortable , Getting a bit tired in places but we like to stay here

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The property was old and just run down. No cutlery in the rooms or tissues just the basic things you’d expect in a hotel it didn’t have.

This is a budget hotel at above budget prices, but you do get free parking, which is a bonus in the city. Also close to many food outlets. Disappointing that the room service was dodgy. No refills on milk or tea, bed just 'roughly' pulled up, dirty scraps under cushions on lounge, complete with someones dirty indies behind couch. Fridge was turned off, bedside lights were unplugged and one of the lifts not working and the other was a bit like an amusement park ride when it stopped & if you didnt know where the 'open door' button was you could be stuck for life! Staff were friendly.

The hotel is clean and tidy, but a bit dated. The staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast was good value, delicious and served promptly. This hotel is in a quiet area with good transport access and a lovely park close by.

1) It’s not totally sound proof. Noises came from flushing of toilets/showers, traffic, and along the corridors especially early hours in the morning. 2) However, having Secured car parking for guests is excellent. 3) It would be nice to have compliment bottled water available for guests since WA water is hard water.
