There weren’t any nice furnishings in the room, the canvas in the wall had a hole in it, there were loose hair in the bath tub, the toilet had no pressure to flush a sheet of toilet paper, the room smelt musty, there was a loose hair ball that looked like it came from a hair bush on the floor under the table, there was a loose power point in the wall could potentially be dangerous, the underground parking was very narrow to park in, shower gel in shower was empty had to go to reception to get small bottles of body wash for shower. Over all your staff were very helpful and lovely.

SUITABLE IF YOU NEED TO BE IN THE AREA
We stayed there for New Year's to enjoy the fireworks. Although the room had a side view, it was convenient and suitable. The room was small but clean. Our section has only one elevator, and it has four floors to service. Car parking is adequate, and we have got to be near the main entrance to the reception. Staff told us that breakfast was available until 9:30 AM, but when we went in just after 9:00 AM, we were told we were too late for breakfast. They did offer to supply from the continental smorgous board which was not suitable. Their room notes are a little confusing about the pod coffee. We interpreted what was said one way but, when reception was queried, only the pod machine is supplied. Al consumables need to be purchased

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and for such a low price - especially on New Years Eve- the room was surprisingly really lovely. It’s an old hotel so some slightly outdated elements however it made no difference to our experience. Would stay again.
