I cannot stress enough how perfectly located the hotel was for CBD. Walkable distance to the mall, Elizabeth Quay, Train station, and several interesting food spots. Perth felt so safe, that I was comfortable walking from my hotel quite late at night (early morning) to and from places due to the great location. I had a room on the 7th floor. The room was neat, comfortable, and perfect for one (it was meant to be two of us but that changed). Only slight issue was the intense toilet (urine) smell if you leave the lid up, and sometimes water leaks out of the shower. But! If you’re in Perth and meant to be out and about anyway, you’ll hardly notice or be impacted by these very minor things.

This was a nice comfortable place, pretty handy to the city. Only thing was the room was very warm and a bit noisy.
