The shower stall had an odd drainage system. The drain extended beyond the shower stall. To prevent water from going into the sink area a floor towel needs to be placed in front of the drain. There was very little hot water. My showers were with very cool water. This was not fixed even after i had mentioned it to the front desk. No explanation was given. Location is great - close to Perth station, CAT bus stops, King's Park, shopping, sites and restaurants. Property is quiet. Front desk was not very helpful in providing information on laundry facilities in the area - they only jnew the general area where the laundries were licated but not the address or the name.

Good Accommodation Poor Service

Nice accommodation, good location & quiet in a high room. However, the reception staff aren’t great. Arrived around 11pm, after a long flight, exhausted only to be asked to wait, while a staff member did a handover to possibly a trainee. The guy was in such a hurry to go home, he didn’t think to serve the only 2 guests waiting first. Upside was when we got to the room a welcome gift was waiting, but unfortunately it wasn’t meant for us, so the trainee didn’t do any better. Sorry Kate you got poor customer service too.

I found parking odd. Why not just give local parking details online? Instead of making us pull in, ask, and be sent around the corner which cost $45. Breakfast was underwhelming, scrambled eggs were so runny. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Surrounding alleyway is gross, but that was all around.

The accessible rooms were great, spacious, non slip tiles and rails in bathroom. Huge comfy king soze bed, reception area was trendy with small bar/cafe. Limited options for breakfast, no balcony and couldn't open a window. Two fire emergencies during my 5 night stay, on the 7th floor with a disability and noone at reception. Need a much better fire plan.

Quick check in, decent room, however after we checked out we were charged for what I can only guess is a mini bar charge. I emailed to request an explanation and recived no reply. I took photos of the mini bar when we checked in and when we checked out as I saw other reviews stating they were charged for mini bar items they also had not consumed. Spoiled what was otherwise a decent stay.

Our room wasn’t cleaned when we put the cleaning sign out, the onsite restaurant was closed, we had issues with our card not allowing access to our room and there was a 3 am false fire alarm and we had to evacuate the hotel. The first time we used room service the drinks forgotten and we had to go downstairs to order some more. Overall, a little bit disappointed.
