It wasn't the staff or the room.
It was the renovations to the pool which we weren't advised of before purchasing the stay.
I expect Expedia to compensate me for this since there were days that we could not swim because the the sea was rough and the public pool was full.
Please could you please contact me to arrange some though of compensation.
