The new signage was not yet up when we stayed so it was hard to find the entrance. Google Maps was still saying the wrong business name at the time. But the staff were very helpful to help us find it and had great service for are entire stay.

Nice hotel, decent buffet breakfast in the hotel
The hotel is nice, and the room had everything you need. It’s in a bigger complex with mostly vacant shop spaces, but there is an iGA which is handy. Thai restaurant across the road was good, more restaurants further up the road. Restaurant in hotel had a nice breakfast - you could fo buffet or order something from the menu. It wasn’t open for dinner. The hotel is on a main bus route do very easy public transport and free within the cbd.

Location was central to everything I felt and buses right outside to travel around the city. Room very clean and comfy and quiet with a small balcony for me to sit outside and watch the world go by while having a cup.of tea. Great customer service from checking in to checking out and in between. Grocery store IGA just down the escalator. And a short walk.to the beautiful Swan River aka Derbarl Yerrigan.
