Obviously in its heyday this was a luxury hotel but clearly needs and inject of TLC. Have a room facing the road so very noisy. Clean sheets & towels. Close to theatre

Very good stay. The shower wasn’t hot when I got in that evening which was annoying and was told there had been a coach arrive. Was hot in the morning though. Girl on reception gave good recommendations for food that evening

You had to go threw a fire escape the room was basic the bed was hard as nails the breakfast was awful sitting under heat lamps WiFi couldn't get at all and the TV had just basic channels

Dated needs fixing

Very dated hotel, no parking and road works meant a long walk around to a side entrance fit for dwarfs, shower was hopelessly inadequate, food was terrible and trying to find the room was a mission, plenty of better cheaper options around.

We enjoyed our stay in The hotel . It is centrally located to all excursion places within couple hours drive. Town of Perth is beautiful with shopping and dining options Hotels. Breakfast and lunch was amazing Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and comfortable
