An older property needing a thorough makeover. Positives: a roomy apartment with secure parking in a convenient location. Negatives:minimally clean. Floor in kitchen sticky chips in tiles. Hotplates burnt in dirt around rings of stove top. Washing machine: no soap. Dryer smelt when operated. Fridge did not keep food/milk cold. Wi-fi kept dropping out

Property had almost everything required for an apartment hotel. However, there were no face washers, no shower floor mats/towels, no laundry powder. Other apartment hotels visited provided all that. Air conditioner in the lounge area was not heating as required. It appears to be an old property and needing some TLC in terms of maintenace. Staff were polite and nice.

Great location, reasonably priced, clean and tidy only thing I could complain about was that in our bedroom the curtains weren't block out so as soon as it got light you knew it, also the bed was a bit hard and the pillows were terrible bring your own

Before even setting off for Perth I had received two quite grumpy mails from the hotel with lists of things that I had to do to check in and which I was prohibited from doing once I'd checked in; this is never a good sign. For example, only the person named on the booking can check in. Check in opens at 2pm but Reception closes at midday at weekends. If you don't pay your $250 deposit and sign a contract promising to pay for any and all damages, you will be locked out of your room. Once you're in the apartment - and you're not told which floor your apartment is on so that can be a frustrating guessing game, it's a bit run down and in need of a deep clean. You're not allowed food or alcohol on the balcony but there's no furniture on the balcony anyway. The queen size bed is just two singles pushed together. The shower is awful, just a dribble if water and not really good enough. Even checking out was unexpectedly frustrating; there was one member of staff at reception who was dealing with another guest as well as answering the phone. Three other staff members left the office, walking past the back of reception and not helping the queue of guests while the poor receptionist on the desk did her best. We'll find somewhere better and friendlier for our next trip. Haven't had the $250 refunded yet either!

Was basic and good for our needs. Smelt stale of old motel - maybe ex smoking room. Be sure to arrive before 6:30pm - if not fee charged for “late” check in.

The checkin time was a bit weird as it is only 2pm-3pm after that is counted as after hours so it could be hard to get a pass for the carpark. The 2 bed apartment is quite spacious. It was raining a lot and my apartment was facing the carpark, the rain noise on the sheet metal carpark roof could get loud for some people.

Read mixed reviews so had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable and great value. Roomy 90s style apartment offered plenty of space for our family of 5. Convenient and free parking and some good dining nearby. We checked in after 3pm at the convenience store and lady was very helpful.
