The location is great. We had an evacuation. Not good when your partner is handicapped. No help whatsoever. There is no access to any Netflix on the very small tvs. Crockery is terrible and limited. No face washers this trip. No milk in fridge. Pillows like sleeping on a log. I suppose you get what you pay for. Motor veh security is great. Do not book if you are looking for stylish modern accommodation. As stated, great roomy accommodation near centre of Perth. More effort should be made checking that the showers aren't spraying water all over the bathroom!

Have stayed several times and will stay again. Excellent location, convenient apartment with the kitchen and laundry facilities - so great to have when travelling with a family. The new pool refurbishment has elevated the look and feel of the indoor space. The only disappointment this stay was the dishes in the cupboard hadn't been checked and several had been put away by the prior guest with food still in/on them and had not been washed at all. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Our room still had crumbs and chunks of bread on the kitchen floor. Some sticky stuff on surfaces. The walls were a bit marked. The couches were pretty gross on the surfaces and when you pulled up the cushions there was tonnes of food scraps and bits in there. Neighbours came home at 1am in the morning and were very noisy (drunk?) and banged around. Miracle my children didn't wake up. Not terrible, it was one night of our lives but won't be rushing back.

Stayed her a few times now as the rooms are great for family. Good for parking and easy access to the city centre. Though this time we couldn’t use the dishwasher as it had a lot of mould and a bad smell. Maintenance is lacking with a broken chair as well. Good value for money.

A spacious apartment with comfortable beds. The laundry was very handy whilst traveling with a family. It would be nice to have mugs instead of small catering cups in the kitchen.
