We found the standard rooms were quite small, no table to be able to eat at. Bed was very high, but very comfortable. Very disappointed to find out on the check-in, that the restaurant was not opened of a Sunday night. It was the main reason for choosing that hotel to stay at, so we didn't have to leave the premises to have our Suday dinner. They did have rolls and fillings, so we mde do with that.

Location and hotel condition is good very nice lobby area but room size is very small even hardly move in no drinking water provided and room was too cold because of no heating system in the hotel they provided only small plastic heater it’s like a toy also makes too much noise and heating only its self

World smallest hotel room.

The rooms are tiny, the aircon is cooling only although they supplied a small electric room heater which worked ok because room is so small. To make room appear bigger there is full wall of window, which transmitted more heat than the air-con could handle mid afternoon. Fortunately the outside temperature was mid 20's because it was June, in summer it would be like an oven, then at night time when outside temperature dropped to 12c the room was like a fridge. When having a shower very clear instructions on closing bathroom door and having fan off so you don't set of the fire alarm, because if you do there is a $1,000 call out fee for fire brigade. The location is very good. On-site parking has to be pre booked, when we arrived we hadn't been made aware of this and were told parking was full. Fortunately Saturday and Sunday street parking is free, during week is time limits and very expensive.

Bed is very comfortable but shower was only able to hear to warm. Bathroom has mould and water damage. For the price it did the job though. Street parking was also easy.
