Just a short ride south of Plattsburgh, amazing location right on Lake Champlain. The rooms are good sized and clean, decorated well and comfortable bed. Pastry breakfast and supplied drinks are very nice.

Beautiful view of the lake, very relaxing. We had to leave early (7:30) and the baked goods were not replenished yet so that was disappointing. Nice selection of complementary drinks throughout the stay. Comfortable room/bed. It was quiet while we were there but able to hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Overall nice stay. Plenty of parking.

We loved the Valcour Inn

Everything was so nice we didn't want to leave! Laura was an amazing hostess. The peaceful patio was a favorite. The views were so beautiful. We can't wait to go back!!

Nice quiet get away place. Beautiful porch that opens from your room to sit and enjoy a sunset or start the day with coffee and a sunrise looking out over the lake. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Amenities were available as needed. Highly recommend!

Breathtaking setting and ample, free onsite parking. Outside chairs to sit and admire the sublime lakeshore view with provided breakfast pastry and coffee. Our room (Heathcote, Rm 6) was necessarily small and very cozy with a well-appointed private but across the hall bathroom and good shower. Staff contact was entirely online but all questions answered. Drive into historic Plattsburgh for a variety of great dinner options. Provided breakfast included fresh croissants and muffins. Would very definitely stay again.

Michael was great to work with on a need we had. He was pleasant, timely, and accommodating. Excellent place to stay. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the room was cool in the summer. It had a small fridge, microwave, basic kitchen needs, a convection plate, and a sink with some dishes and glasses. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
