There are many nice places to stay in this town, but this best western is not bad. Its exactly what you think of best western but i found it very clean. You are a walkable distance to the main downtown strip and alot of food options. If not your a 5 min walk to grocery stores and fast food options.

Comfortable stay

Not thrilled with check-in. It is a screen- no human interaction. Frustrated that even after checking in online, I still had to get out credit card to apply their deposit. Should have all been done at once. Their printer ran out of paper and I didn’t get my room number till a human was summoned to help me. Not a fan of this system. Otherwise, all was good. The breakfast attendant is very helpful and friendly.

Great for quick one night stays

Check in/out process was interesting, just spoke to an employee through a screen/videochat. Dog friendly hotel though! Room was simple, hardwood with mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was okay, typical continental breakfast.

Yuck

Checked in via virtual person is clumsy and impersonal. Paper thin walls, neighbors kept me up most of the night. Bathroom had an ant trail despite being on second floor. Outdated furnishings, and interior paint. Only good thing was Peet’s coffee across the street because I sure didn’t sleep. Won’t be back.

Lack of management onsite to address issues. Roo. Smelled like pet urine and the heater was broken. Asked for air freshener and the heater to be fixed 3 times and they did nothing, just said they would let management know. I would not stay again mainly due to a lack of management interaction.

It’s fine. For the area, it’s a good price. Can be a little rough around the edges, but that’s just how things are now. Lot of walkers. But it’s close to everything. Groceries and highway right around the corner. Breakfast is hit and miss, good biscuits and gravy but meat is eh. Overall, it’s not bad. For the price, can do a lot worse.
