Positive experience with disabled accessibility.

Really nice stay. The suites are super spacious. The roll in shower was great and the grab bars were solid. Floor was a bit slippery. The wheelchair access left a little to be desired when considering the rooms entry doors, but other than that no real complaints. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

The best thing about this property is the staff. We were greeted in a friendly and patient manner. Everyone was super nice and helpful. We asked for quiet, and that was what we got. Even though we were on the freeway side, we had no traffic noise. The suite was smaller than I expected, but it was well-equipped with lots of counter space for the four of us to put our “stuff”. I would have liked bigger trash cans since they only service the room every other day. Although we did not use it, we appreciated that they have a walk-in shower rather than a tub. Much safer for us “oldies”. I just wish they had a room with two kings instead of queens.

The hotel is very nice. It is warm, welcoming and sparkling clean. I was impressed at how large my room was, and although I was only there for an overnight stay, the room amenities were a nice surprise with a large refrigerator, sink with garbage disposal, and kitchenware. With all the extras, and large suite style rooms I was disappointed with the breakfast option the hotel offers. The food choices were meager in my opinion. Overall, the Hilton hotels usually deliver, and they surly do with the newer Home2 Suites Hotels. I will stay there again.

Newer hotel, not clean

We arrived at 3:15 to check into our room and it was not ready. We were told by the front desk it would be about 30 min. until it was ready, a hour later we were still waiting. Upon entering the room, it seemed clean, though it smelled like "love my carpet". The room is on the first floor, so maybe a "pet" room?? we found "pet" spots on the carpet, when we opened the sofa bed there was dog hair and long black hairs on the maitress pad. In the bathroom there were lots of "personal" hairs in the shower and on the back of the bathroom door. Also, what looked like soap wrapper on the floor of the shower, keep in mind we just arrived and had not used the room yet. The bed sheets were clean and the mattress on the king bed was comfy. We went down to the pool and there were no pool towels, the patio furniture was dirty with food and drink spills. The spa water level was low, so the jets were half way above the water level. The pool its self was refreshing and clean. Very loud, drunk adults at the pool on our second day. The breakfast was decent, though most of the hot food was prepared items just heated up in the microwave. We liked the selection of juices and fruit. They ran out of coffee creamer for 2 days, why the manager wouldn't go to the grocery store and buy some, I don't know!!?? We found a tick on our bath towel when we were packing up to leave. I guess I will need to check my kids for ticks when I get home.

They thought of everything in this spotless gem.

It’s our 2nd visit. This hotel is laid out ideally for travellers or longer stays. We plan a return trip in 2 weeks. Bed is wonderfully comfy and having a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and extra sink is great. Staff are super welcoming. Easy on/off highway, food nearby and 10 minutes from the well reviewed Sarmentine (French bakery).

Loved our Room

We stayed in Petaluma for the weekend and this was our first time staying at this hotel. It was conveniently located off the freeway, check-in was easy and quick, and we were more than pleasantly surprised when we went to our room. Lots of space, even had a king size bed plus a large couch, and a full kitchen including a large refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, plates and utensils. There were also barbecues downstairs that could be used by the fire pit. Definitely will plan to stay here again our next trip to that area!

very nice

will stay here again if we get the chance! kinda spendy but very nice! staff is very friendly and helpful. parking is kinda tough. not much options for a truck pulling a trailer. p.s. is there any way you could get nicer toilet paper?
