Very frustrated and disappointed with both Expedia and Choice hotels. I booked the room and literally 3 mins max I noticed I had booked Peterborough location when it was to be port hope. I informed both the hotel and Expedia that this was a mistake and I was heading to airport so Peterborough was not feasible. Both parties instructed me to call eachother. I completely understand that yes I made the mistake when selecting but this was under 5 mins after and all I requested was a 1 night credit/ up to the value i purchased another evening. Instead im just discarded. And told that its expedias issue them Expedia says its an issue between myself and property. It’s been a week since I spoke to both parties and zero communication or follow up from either request for assistance.
