The room I was provided looked nothing like the one in the photo. The carpet was dirty, there were roaches present, the room did not have a table similar to the one in the photo, the bathroom did not even have a roll of toilet paper. When I asked for extra towels, we were told none were available. Like the old saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'.
This place is a known to be a drug user area. This hotel was the worst I had ever seen in my life. I left immediately and kept my dog in my car while I worked a 12 hour shift as a nurse. This place is unsanitary and dangerous. Only drug addicts live here and looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there
Filthy, cockroaches, falling apart, no towels, no drinking glasses drug and prostitution going on all night. Couldn’t sleep, left there at three am. Nothing like the picture. Only reason I stayed was because I had been driving all day and was exhausted. Had no idea where I was at and where to go and was now afraid to leave the room. Thankfully there was a lull in activity and that’s when quickly left.
Room wasn’t available when I arrived. Front desk manager was very polite and polite but asked if I could wait while the room was cleaned. Lots of people in the parking lot being very loud. When I got to my room with the dog I was transporting I brought her and my bags into the room. I always check for bed bus no matter the hotel and didn’t find anything and the bed had a zipper cover to protect it. I did find roaches, mold and burn spots in the room. I just wanted to get sleep and I decided to stay. The noise level outside sounded like the people were inside the room. After taking meds to sleep I pulled out the covers from them tucked under the bed and a needle popped out onto the floor. I contemplated leaving but had taken meds that made it unsafe to drive. I should have risked it because the noise was never ending and when I did get to sleep I was woken up by new noises from outside including someone vomiting. With the noise and nightmares about the roaches I didn’t sleep much and left at 5 am to sleep at a rest stop so my mind could actually rest
The room we received smelled very bad, had stains on both mattresses, on the pillows and bedding as well. The bathroom had mold in the shower and had a smell as well. We ended up not staying in the hotel at all, and sleeping in the car. The beds were dirty, the floors had bugs/roaches, and the bathroom had mold and mildew. People we’re hanging out outside their rooms playing music, and there a number that lived there. The attendant was kind I have to say, but that was the only positive part.I stay in a lot of budget hotels/motels and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Gowifi didn't work at all it had bugs it had no remote no toilet paper and to top it off I almost got robbed pulling in there avoid this place at all costs
Walking from my room to the office after the key didn’t work I got propositioned by 3 hookers and a drug dealer walking across the parking lot. Room had peeling paint and a bare light bulb. No towel and I was afraid to walk back to the office again so I dried myself with a sheet.
Well do you really want to know and will this email be seen by anyone?
So I arrive at the hotel around 5:15pm and the manager does not greet me because she has a problem; I have a reservation but doesn’t have a clean room ready - blames it on help being slow.
However she assigns me room 108 which looked at first but things went downhill pretty quickly.
There is only one light in the room, no lamps - had to read with by bathroom vanity.
Go to take a shower, no towels.
Also noticed no TP
Go to use microwave, dirty with 2 ants crawling around.
No flies in room.
Bring my bedding sleep on top of bed, use my towel use my Kleenex.
Noisy neighbors / nice people but hotel cannot be both - a SRO and a business/tourist establishment. The manager seems to be doing the best she can. The age and location and neighborhood is not helpful.
So to top it off I wake up at 3:00am because there is noise outside - there is a guy and girl just walking back and forth. She is tall wearing a robe and he was smoking and wide awake. So I have packed my stuff walk out to my car and she said she needed to use my phone, I said no. He very politely asks if I could spare a dollar, I said yes, he then saw that I was carrying 2 water bottles, asked if I had others, I said yes, then he asked for another dollar, I said no.
This is not what I thought I was getting into when I booked the trip.
I thought it was rather ironic was that I received an email offering to extend my stay / no way would I ever stay there ag
Photos do not match the actual condition of this place, bugs in the room, no lighting, tv not working and to top it all off tons of people outside their rooms smoking marihuana and wondering around.
NO NO NO NO NO. Do not stay here because:
-there were cigarette ashes in the sink hair and stains on the sheets which made me believe that the sheets had not been changed;
-there was mold on the shower curtain- like a lot of mold not just a little bit of mold
-the rug was filthy and there was trash under the bed
-there were no towels or rags in the room
-there were screaming matches every night in the parking lot
-there are holes and stains on the walls
-the wifi sucked
-the front desk people both seemed a little off- they would only stare at me when I came to the window. I partly understand because I wouldn't want to work there either.
The pros:
My door locked, the outlets worked, the lights worked, the toilet worked, the water got hot in the shower, and the HVAC unit worked.
You really don't get what you pay for when you stay at this hotel because the rooms are filthy and I am always under the impression that the hotel room is at least clean with everything working.
The pictures on this site are misleading.
Cockroach in the room. It was a smoking room even though booked a non smoking room. Room was stinky. Room key was not working so had to call the person in charge to open the lock every time I stepped out.
