We were on the second floor and there are no elevators. This was a problem. There were two body lotions in the show and one conditioner. No shampoo or body wash! Carpet on stairs stranded and frayed. major stains on carpet.

Met our needs, but was not worth the price we paid

Very prompt at the desk and got us right to our room. Choices for breakfast were GREAT and open at 6am, which was awesome bc we had to leave at 6:45am. Carpets didn’t look like they’d been vacuumed daily. The hot tub had brown bubbles in it. There was mold starting on the shower ceiling. The smoke detector beeped outside our room all night long. Mattress felt old and very springy. It met all of our needs, but there were some flaws. I don’t think it was worth $300/night, but there wasn’t much available in the area so we took the available room!
