I like the convenience to the highway and getting too downtown Petosky was a breeze. Getting to other attractions were easy to get to. Only thing I see needs some updates within the room. The bathroom needs a towel rack and towel hook replaced in the room I was in.

Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is good ( nothing special) Location is excellent. Bathroom needs to remodel. No hooks for towels or robe. No vent fan and room very steamy after shower. Doors and tiles looks very bad.

Ok. A little outdated. Terrible breakfast

Ok place. Fairly comfortable. It was clean, and that’s the main thing. A little outdated and still have tiny shampoo bottles in the bathroom instead of pumps. Rooms were a little small, but not terrible. Kind of noisy- could hear everything people in the next room were saying through bathroom vent. Very few outlets to plug anything in. Breakfast was very disappointing- only bagels, a few muffins, a bowl of fruit, and some yogurts. Nothing hot except coffee. Ended up going to a restaurant for breakfast. Pool and hot tub were very nice.

I booked a room at Odawa Hotel through Expedia for a stay from July 1 to July 3. The reservation clearly stated that the room would have two double beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with two twin beds instead. This caused significant inconvenience due to the limited space and comfort. When I brought this issue to the attention of the reception manager, I was disappointed with the response. I was told that if the booking had been made directly with the hotel, they might have been able to adjust the room, but since it was through Expedia, nothing could be done. I also contacted Expedia, but unfortunately, they were not able to resolve the issue either. Additionally, I had included a special request during booking to ensure the room was clean. However, the room was not as clean as expected, and there was a noticeable unpleasant odor, possibly marijuana, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope both the hotel and Expedia take steps to improve communication and service for future guests.
