12/10 stay, my family of 3 LOVED our time at the Perry. We were so incredibly pleased with the location - seconds from everything in downtown Petosky and short drives to other beautiful towns/activities. There were so many incredible amenities - the breakfast was delicious (actually my husbands favorite food from our time in the area) and discounted, the views from the outdoor garden were exactly what we wanted on our Michigan lake vacation, having the option to have our room turned down daily, etc. Cannot forget to mention the helpful, friendly staff and the cleanliness. And I want to mention that this place is historic and beautifully maintained but that doesn’t mean old - our young family felt so comfortable and would stay again and again.

The Perry hotel was an extraordinary stay with beautiful views and top notch service. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the sinning room breath taking.

A very comfortable stay, a very elegant hotel. The only negative factor is the noisy, creaking floors. We could hear the people above us walking, as well as people walking in the hallway.
