Hotel Casablanca Imperial may have been one of the most charming places I have ever stayed. Several of the buildings are old (but well maintained) structures from the Imperial Era. It is located pretty much next door to the Museu Imperial and is a short walk to the cathedral and Rua do Imperador. The staff was very nice. We also had probably the best breakfast of the trip.

Beautiful and romantic old style hotel,close to most of the main attractions ,staff very helpful.Good breakfast ,bathrooms need a little restyling but apart from that we had an excellent experience .

Nice old building, well-maintained. Friendly staff and the room was quite. The compound has a number of small buildings, some of the quite modern construction. The room was very small, located in a modern building. I was disappointed and feel that we did not get a good value for a double deluxe room. I expected something much better. Probably would stay somewhere else next time.

Front desk lady was not nice, room was noisy. breakfast was great and crew at breakfast were nice and polite. Good location (right next to the museum and waking distance from stuff) I think it could have being a very good hotel but it’s lacking good managing. I don’t regret staining there but I wouldn’t stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful, historic property, and is right next to the Palácio Emperial. It is also within walking distance to the other historic sights in town. I especially loved the breakfast area, and of course breakfast was delicious too!

Hotel extremamente bem localizado e atendimento ótimo e super cordial. Com certeza ficaria novamente. Café da manha delicioso. Único ponto é a limpeza do quarto que deixou um pouco a desejar e o ar-condicionado, apesar de novo, estava muito sujo por dentro.

O hotel é muito bonito, o quarto bem confortável, as recepcionistas e as camareiras super atenciosas.. O único ponto negativo foi o atraso para entrarmos no quarto. Chegamos às 14h para o check in e só podemos acessar o quarto às 15h pois ainda estavam limpando. Mas fora esse empecilho o resto da nossa hospedagem foi ótima.
