Hotel não vale o valor da estadia. Quartos sem nenhum tipo de acústico. Conseguimos escutar tudo que as pessoas falavam e faziam nos quartos ao lado, também no corredor. Café da manhã muito simples, ou seja foi tudo muito ruim, a pior estadia da minha vida. Falamos com a recepcionista e a mesma disse que quem montou o hotel não pensou nessa parte de acústico, e disse sentir muito. Mas sentir muito não devolve o dinheiro que pagamos e que foi muito mal pago.

Amazing Staff and rooms
I have pick up a executive room, that fullfill all my expectatives. Besides that, we had the best "staff experience" ever. All recepcionist are atentious and well informed.

Nice hotel, located right at the beach
The best part of this hotel is the location and staff. The staff are limited but hard working. Our room had a great view but an awful smell that was hard to get used to in the beginning, not from anything bad we just think that the cleaning product used is a heavy chemical to keep away mould. But still we had a lovely time at this hotel. You can not beat this location in Cabo Frio.

Ao chegar no quarto, o ar-condicionado não funcionava. Aguardei alguns minutos para ter a certeza de que não iria refrigerar. Fui até a recepção e informei sobre o ocorrido. Não queriam realizar a troca, alegando que não tinham quartos disponíveis. Reclamei bastante e uma viagem que era para ser de descontração, passou a ser de tamanho estresse. Logo arrumaram um e o mesmo problema. Acabaram me colocando em um inferior ao que paguei, mas pelo menos o ar, estava funcionando. Resumo, tremenda decepção e falta de compromisso e cuidado com os hóspedes. Manutenção deve ser promordial! O controle, você nem via o visor funcionar de tão fraca eram as pilhas.

Fiquei no Hotel pela segunda vez. Gostei muito da estadia e ficarei novamente quando for a Petrópolis. Não fiquei muito tempo no Hotel, pois passei o dia passeando pela cidade, mas o tempo que fiquei foi mais que satisfatório. Ótimo atendimento e um café da manhã maravilhoso.

Estadia boa com café da manhã bom. Os quartos não são grandes e o hotel tem uma infraestrutura básica. A roupa de cama e toalhas podem ser melhoradas. Acho que não tem um bom custo beneficio.
