My entire experience the first time being in Brazil and in Rio I couldn’t ask for anything more the service was wonderful I love the staff there and the people of Rio are beautiful people they’re good drivers and very personable

Pró: Bem localizado, da pra conhecer o centro histórico caminhando. Contra: Higiene péssima! O quarto estava tão empoeirado que não consegui dormir, saí de lá com falta de ar e alergia atacada. Portas muito sujas, paredes com mofo, uma cortina que nem sei se um dia foi lavada. Eu não via a hora do dia clarear para eu ir embora. Não esperava um hotel 4 estrelas, imaginei que seria algo simples pelo preço, mas limpeza é o mínimo de qualidade que um estabelecimento pode oferecer!

Toalhas e roupas de cama lavadas, porém com péssima aparência, visivelmente encardidas. Frigobar no chão, aparelho de telefone em cima do armário. Acho que alguns ajustes básicos na limpeza e higiene poderia valer o custo benefício. Outro item que merece atenção é a oferta falsa de estacionamento, quando cheguei fui impedido de estacionar nas 4 vagas existentes e ofertadas pelo estabelecimento, consegui estacionar na rua.

Gostei muito. Achei o Hotel bem pitoresco, parece que é da época do Império. A funcionária do café da manhã muito Educada bem como os/a recpcionistas. Estacionamento bom. Com certeza retornarei.

Banheiro sem papel higiênico e com problemas na válvula de descarga; barulho de TV do refeitório e funcionários conversando por toda a manhã. Por isso já seria um experiência horrível mas além disso, o quarto não dispõe de travesseiros extras, nem frigobar nem refrigerador de ar. Não recomendo.

Ótima localização, quarto péssimo
Hotel bem localizado, café da manhã ok, tendo em vista o valor da diária. Atendentes /recepcionistas simpáticos e atenciosos. Já sobre o local... Precisa urgentemente de uma atenção/reforma em alguns quartos, o que ficamos, dava medo, parecia um cativeiro. O banheiro sujo e com cheiro horrível, parecia que não havia sido limpo (o chão estava sujo), no portal da porta do banheiro, muita infiltração. Cheiro forte de mofo. Não pedi para mudar de quarto pois só passaríamos uma noite. Teia de aranha no ventilador de teto, que não estava funcionando, mas havia um outro ventilador de mesa para usarmos. Evitem se hospedar nos quartos do primeiro andar e, se possível, entrem em contato com o hotel antes da estadia para verificar em qual quarto ficarão, pois os funcionários podem auxiliar nisso.

Eu achei o hotel bem localizado. Mas encontrei o banheiro sujo quando chequei. Quando pedi pra me darem um novo pano de chão para o banheiro me deram um pano de chão sujo. O chuveiro esquentava do nada mesmo depois de regular a temperatura ele dava uns jatos de agua muito quente. O cafe da manhã foi razoável. Poderia ter mais opções de fruta.
