This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. My husband and I found us self in very dangerous position. I talked to the hotel manager and he told me he couldn't help with the refund for the other days.

This is being great. The property is beautiful, clean, and very upling. Staff has been wonderful and some speak English. This is a property in the country side of Rio and gives you a feeling of being out of the craziness of Rio. It's great for families and coupleas alike.if you come to Rio, and is looking for a place to rest while having fun, this is the place to be. If you are from Brazil, this is the place to be. I totally recommend.

Minha estadia no hotel foi ótima! O ambiente é muito agradável, com quartos e banheiros de tamanho confortável e sempre limpos. A rouparia também estava impecável. Apesar de não termos aproveitado tanto as áreas coletivas, posso destacar a excelente experiência com a equipe. Fomos muito bem recebidos na recepção pelo Nicolas e no checkout também. O atendimento é um dos pontos altos, com funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos. O café da manhã foi muito bem servido, e a equipe do salão foi sempre simpática e atenciosa. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência, e certamente voltaria a me hospedar.
