This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. My husband and I found us self in very dangerous position. I talked to the hotel manager and he told me he couldn't help with the refund for the other days.

This is being great. The property is beautiful, clean, and very upling. Staff has been wonderful and some speak English. This is a property in the country side of Rio and gives you a feeling of being out of the craziness of Rio. It's great for families and coupleas alike.if you come to Rio, and is looking for a place to rest while having fun, this is the place to be. If you are from Brazil, this is the place to be. I totally recommend.

Da primeira vez foi ótimo. Nessa última estadia o quarto estava todo mofado, as paredes pretas de mofo, o banheiro minúsculo e pingando sem parar, sem varanda, sem quarda roupa, com apenas uma mesa de cabeceira e o quarto simplesmente minúsculo. Me parece que os quartos do primeiro andar estão em péssimo estado de conservação.

Local agradável, precisando de melhorias
Local muito agradável, com muitas áreas verdes. Estrutura muito boa, com quartos grandes, todos com ar condicionado split, porém precisam de reparos. Paredes com marcas de umidade, ar condicionado com água escorrendo pra dentro do quarto, portas de madeira corroídas. Um lençol aparentava estar sujo ou manchado, mesmo sendo branco e suscetível a alvejantes. Área da recepção muito ampla e bonita, estilo colonial. Área da piscina muito bonita também. Opções de lazer para crianças (algumas pagas à parte). Café da manhã com boas opções de desjejum. A rede Kastel assumiu a administração desse hotel há pouco tempo. Espero que realizem essas melhorias, pois a estrutura merece.

O quarto não estava pronto na hora do check in, tivemos que entrar já com 40 min de espera e com o quarto sujo. Foi deixado por nós um item no frigobar, quando fosse mais tarde minha filha pudesse consumir e foi levado pela camareira e não foi reembolsado pela pousada. Café da manhã bem servido. Mais os itens para utilizar como copo, talheres e pratos demoram ser reposto. Com isso gera uma espera para tomar o café da manhã.
