Fiquei com minha familia em dois quartos; em ambos os quartos a tv e o ar condicionado nao funcionavam; Ambos os quartos estavam com cheiro de mofo; Não forneceram opção de água na portaria - só comprando na loja. O estacionamento não é garantido para todos e é uma rampa estreita onde passa apenas um carro, com 5 andares - sem pausa e sem acesso direto a portaria; Pedi um travesseiro extra e disseram que não seria possível... ou seja, escolhi o Ibis pq costumo ficar em outros hoteis da rede pela garantia de limpeza e preço justo e me decepcionei totalmente. Não recomendo! Fujam! Pelo mesmo preço que paguei, vc encontra uma pousada no centro de Petropolis bem mais limpa, confortável e com estacionamento garantido;

Bem razoável

A primeira impressão nao foi boa, cheiro de mofo, tv sem funcionar. Fomos bem atendidos na troca de quarto. Quarto muito pequeno, nao há toalha de rosto disponível, o hotel é dividido em blocos, niveis diferentes, muita caminhada para os elevadores. Tb nao há interfone nos quartos, so nos corredores e o do nosso andar nao funcionava. Tomadas 220v, não havia essa informação na reserva. O estacionamento é bem no alto, em niveis e o acesso é a pé. Uma subida bem íngreme.

Achei bem desconfortavel a ideia de ter que descer do quarto para pedir uma manta. Estava frio em Petrópolis, a manta não deveria já estar no quarto? E a manta estava com furos. E, quando eu quis ligar o ar condicionado manhã seguinte, não consegui.

Achei o espaço do banheiro ,muito pequeno para pessoas grandes como eu. Meu joelho esbarrava na parede do banheiro quando precisava usar o vaso. Tenho 1,96 m.

No anúncio do hotel consta a disponibilidade de garagem. No entanto, ao deixar o carro, fui informada de que, caso saísse com o veículo à noite, poderia não encontrar vaga ao retornar, uma vez que o número de vagas na garagem é inferior à quantidade de quartos do hotel.
