We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel

Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Spacious room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Breakfast served at time requested. Small indoor pool always a good option for the kids. Convenient valet parking on-site for about $5 US per day. Only downside was city noises (alarms, cars, etc.) outside window pretty much all night long. Next time I will try a room on higher floor facing away from the street.

Great location, new

Good location, big rooms, noisy on 1st floor with parking garage bell ringing all night, the valcony facing the street has road noise and the light from outside hallway comes under the door where the bed faces directly. Ive stayed before in the larger rooms on higher floor where this isnt an issue. Breakfast to the room is a nice touch but clearlt prepared a few hours earlier so loses its freshness.

Café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, na foto parecia muito bem apresentado, mas na realidade totalmente fora do que fora apresentado além do café frio, ovos frio, um talher para mexer o café. Saímos para tomar café na rua . Se precisar falar com a recepção é ridículo. Sistema retrogrado. Se ocorrer algo de urgência no quarto depender de ficar dialogando pelo WhatsApp. Não aconselho esse hotel para pessoas idosas , se todo instante para falar com a recepção ou restaurante precisar depender de WhatsApp. Me senti enganada Pagar e não ter recebido o serviço oferecido. Lamentável. Além de verificar a quantidade de reclamações na mídia do referido hotel.

O hotel é maravilhoso, limpo, roupas de cama cheirosas, cama extremamente confortável longe de ser molenga como na maioria ! A TV é a internet são ótimos também! O chuveiro muito fartei de água. A localização então, é o que mais me encanta. Nós amamos que colocaram espelhos nos quartos e dessa vez conseguimos um quarto no 7° andar, que é como gostamos ! Acho que isso podia ser disponibilizado (o poder de escolha pelo andar ) até que o mesmo seja todo preenchido! Amamos nos hospedar no Kastel Petrópolis e não vemos a hora de voltar!
