We stayed for 4 nights for the marathon and wanted a place to make food etc so it was a good fit. I think really you’d stay two nights max as there are no fresh towels or room turn down and coffee/tea didn’t get refilled. I did ask the AI bot thing but it didn’t deliver. That’s the annoying thing. There’s no person really to speak to whilst you’re there. Needs a sink in the room kitchenette. But it’s cheap and cheerful. A good concept that when working well is great. But often we found lots of dirty dishes in sinks left by guests. Some older guys were asleep on sofas on communal area in the evening so not inviting. Bins in room way too small. So for two cheap nights, fine. But not for longer.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Located in an area with excellent transport links to central Helsinki. I would stay at this hotel again.

We had a suite for a 4 person family. It was spacious and clean. The hotel is very unique with shared spaces that can be used for cooking, work, leisure. There is also a sauna which was a nice surprise. Very good location near the harbour. We had a great stay and would recommend.

Nice accommodation with my room and bathroom being very clean. It is a shame there is no kettle in your room and you have to go to the kitchen. I was not aware of the kitchen until about my 3rd day here as was not told about this on arrival and only found it by chance walking down the corridor. Nice spacious rooms though and nice location by the food hall and about a 30 minute walk to the train station. Tram network very efficient from here too :)

Very clean and very quiet. The space was very nice and well maintained. Very close to pretty much everything! No complaints at all and we got it for a great price! Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay in this stylish art nouveau hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, had a very comfortable bed, everything was clean and worked as it should. The area around the hotel was very quiet. Breakfast buffet was top notch with a mix of traditional Finnish food on top of the usual cereal, porridge, eggs, etc. Convenient walking distance for many things and trams to take you everywhere else. Definitely would recommend for a stay in Helsinki.

Pros: very clean, attractive hotel with an outstanding breakfast buffet. Areas for improvement: fitness center is cramped and doesn't open until 7am, which almost renders it unusable for those with early morning agenda. Was very difficult to cool the room, even in September.
