Good location. Our room did have a cobweb in the corner. Apart from this all was good. Food was very limited so we went out to eat every night

We enjoyed our stay here. I traveled with my husband and our two teenage boys so having the door between our room and theirs was nice - the appreciated me not nagging them to go to sleep. The two rooms each had a bathroom which was helpful for getting everyone ready in the morning. The room was quiet. Breakfast was good. There was tea, coffee, juices and water. To eat there were different pastries, breads, jams and honey, yogurt, fruit, cereals, deli meats and cheeses, and also hot foods - scrambled eggs everyday and the other options changed - sausages, bacon etc. The hotel was near to the Isator metro station (2 min walk) and also close to Marienplatz. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room had AC, the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, I would stay here again.

Had trouble logging on at first. The other main red flag was it was so hot. We would not have booked this hotel if we would have know it was not air conditioned. Coming from Texas it made a lot of difference. Also don't remember reading that the rooms were not cleaned daily. We had to go to the second floor and get our own towels and anything else we needed. I did not know I was going to pay and then wait on myself. The girls at the front desk would not even see if she could put us close to the couple we were traveling with. The gentleman that was the bartender for the night was super helpful.

Very spacious room and great to have parking (19euro) onsite.

Everything was terrific! We will return!
