I was harassed and assaulted at Thien Tai hotel district 3 by the management team ( Mr. Hung and Mrs. Ba Thu ). The room was very nasty. They will make you pay 25 dollars for lost key. You cannot lock your room from the inside. After formal written notice about what happened, they try to cover it up by stating they cannot disclose the information of the one who assaulted me, and the owner is “out until next week”.

The place was great I book 5 rooms all was clean and organized location was great I would definitely stay there again.slight issue I see being coming from America the setup is more like an air b&b and the host could supply more towels. Once you contacted the host they were on point with every thing you need and very helpful

Great location with amazing amenities! Nearby almost everything, and being by vinamilk was my favorite. The breakfast buffet was great too! Staff always there to help and make your stay enjoyable too!

The place was nice and clean. Large enough space for my trip. Easy to access the location. Love that its close enough to Walking street but far enough to not hear. I would recommend for anyone who doesnt want to be in a hotel.

The room was just average, not too dirty but not clean definitely. Noise at night but understandable as located in central of Bui Vien. Everything was ok til check out. The reception keep pressing me to leave a 5* review, I was nicely told them that I will do it later but they keep pressing me to do it and saying that they gave me discount via expedia app to buy my review omg, this upset me. But hey I only booked your hotel because your hotel within my budget and there's nothing was mentioned that you gave me discount to buy the review when I made the booking. If it was mentioned in the booking I wouldn't pick you man.

Good location .clean rooms friendly staff respition girl always greats you with a smile and makes you feel at home great price aswell .I will be back thanks to all the staff
