Love the location and staff here! Our room was a bit stuffy, but otherwise, gorgeous and comfortable. We used the portable fan and it was helpful. The staff are amazing - so helpful and kind!

Don't think twice! Make a reservation today!
I would highly recommend the Franklin on Rittenhouse for the location, friendly service, plush beds, ambience and comfort. The free continental breakfast menu was perfect with a good variety and seating area was inviting. We walked everywhere and only took Ubers when necesary. I can't wait to return!

Cute and clean Boutique Hotel on Rittenhouse Square. We stayed in the Maude Room. The paired ceiling killed the decor! Horrendous! I also really disliked the air freshener scent through the hotel. Too strong and not for everyone. It would keep me from coming back.

The amount of noise around this hotel makes it unbearable. It’s insane how much noise was made all hours of the night with the city works and night life. I would never recommend this place. They should have at least offered ear plugs
