Horrible sound insulation

Horrible sound-proofing/insulation. Brand new place and no carpet, which would help. Easily overheard people next door talking normally. Every walking step above me was a constant annoyance. Loud family from far down the hall was easily overheard over my TV. The place was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Nice new, comfy beds and new appliances in the kitchen. Lots of positives, but they made a big mistake with the construction plan that really detracts from the experience -- not much more important than privacy and peace and quiet!

Spacious room

The room was great. Very spacious and clean with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. However, there is an unusual odor in the hallway. The neighborhood is quiet but a little sketchy. Parking is expensive but there is street parking. There is construction around the area so you have to be careful where you park.

Room was great. Clean and plenty of space. The street outside was very loud due to ongoing construction. I’m a sound sleeper and not the property’s fault, but be aware if a sensitive sleeper. Could not find sheets/pillows for pull out couch, but confident staff would have been responsive if it had been a big deal. Only stayed one night so did not bother to inquire. One concern was the security or possibly lack of security. I was confronted as I was entering my room by a lad wandering the hallway. He was looking “for a charger” and clearly was not a tenant. I said I could not help, but odd situation and not ideal for one’s safety.

The two guys working at the front desk when we arrived were so incredibly helpful. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there was something gross that fell out of it and the sheets on it were dirty. We called down to the front desk and one of the guys came up immediately and cleaned everything up and brought us clean bedding. We were so grateful for how quickly this issue was taken care of. They also had our car ready to go first thing in the morning when we requested it. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved the home away from home feeling that you get when you stay here, the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom deluxe was my favorite very spacious very neat and you can’t beat having 2 showers.
