I paid about 400 for this room for one night which is ridiculous the room was very small the windows had cracks in them and the locks on the the door didn’t work the front seat receptionist was rude and made the beginning of our stay turn sour everything else was fine but won’t stay here again

Nice location. Easy to access. Front staff was helpful. Don’t do the breakfast option, just 25$ credit to their market or a microwaveable sandwich… just go downstairs to Starbucks. Has a more “club” feel with the music and front desk area but not in a good or bad way. Parking garages are all around but all super tight… drive a small car or take the train. Valet will only park small cars.

Maintenance has clearly been neglected. Little things that were in disrepair added to the overall feeling that the place wasn't well kept. My soup dish had a missing corner, trashcan was cracked, and my toilet paper dispenser fell off the wall every time I used it. Linens were stained. Only half of my remote buttons worked. Staff was not very friendly.

The location of the hotel to neighboring bars and restaurants is what made our stay so enjoyable. The convenience of everything around makes me want to rebook much sooner than later. Also, the hotel is hip, trendy, amazing lobby bar, and the room was clean and served its purpose for our stay.
