Unprofessional Manager and Unsafe Elevator - Avoid This Hotel I stayed at this hotel on October 19th, arriving at 3 p.m., and was shocked by the rude and hostile behavior of the manager. Instead of greeting guests, she met us with snarling looks and yelled at those arriving slightly early for check-in. She berated both me, my family, and other guests waiting in line. The situation worsened when she followed me to my floor, continued to argue, and even told me to go to another hotel. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and made the entire check-in process uncomfortable. On top of this, the elevator was in terrible condition and felt unsafe to use. If I wasn’t attending a wedding immediately, I would have left. I do not recommend this hotel and urge management to address these issues immediately.

A complete toilet. I was locked out of my room while having a seizure from my disability. I called desk and she said to come down. I explained I needed my medical equipment in the room ASAP. She said she would not open the broken magnetic strip door remotely. I went to front desk and instead of having new keys ready for medical emergency and disability she told me to get in line behind five people. I told her she was incompetent. She said I can Expedia my ass out the door without my medical equipment. I called corporate office and they forced her to give me my medical equipment. In addition the hotel is filthy. Dogs howl all day and night. A floor dryer runs for urine and dog feces from the untrained animals. The Indian restaurant has been closed and is gutted into a dumpster out back. The hotel lies and advertises the Indian restaurant as open. The water comes out with dirt and smells. The shower is unsanitary. The elevator shakes and bounces and screeches like the chain is about to break. I fled the toilet after one day and they refused to refund my remaining days. The response was the word incompetent is obscene and they support the discrimination and violations of Americans with disability act by the night manager. Health department and best Western and Expedia need to close this awaiting disaster before someone dies on the elevator

The floor was sticky and the towels we old and ratty. A few of them were not clean. We were there for a multi night stay and when we left I put the privacy hanger on the door. They came in the room anyway and "cleaned". Odd, as to be more efficient hotels don't do that any more.

They are working on renovations - but our room smelled like smoke and it took a while to check In because of slow internet. I did however love our jacuzzi tub in our room- and the layout of our room was pretty cool and spacious.

Shows a bar and a pool. Neither of them existed. I never even stayed we left. Our room was dirty, the furniture drawers wouldn’t stay shut because the furniture was messed up. The tv remote didn’t work. The elevator sounded like it was gonna break.

Its not the most modern hotel, a bit older. Elevator needs to be adjusted, bumpy ride, then updated. The room bathrooms need to be cleaner, corners a durty, but over all ive stayed at worse hotels. Will stay there again
