The hotel is quite new and is in a more suburban location. Not very walkable. It is a very beautiful property. The entrance is quite grand, with lots of marble and elegant staircases. This is a Best Western Plus and it is definitely a plus. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was especially good, with lots of choices. They even had an omelet station, with omelets made to order. (There may be a nominal charge for this in the future)

A decent, reliable option

Hotel is making a concerted effort to improve. Facility is clean, breakfast has improved, and they added a bar/restaurant which I haven’t tried yet. Beds are softer than I personally like, but it’s an overall good quality for a competitive price. Their check in process is much more cumbersome than other area hotels.

Handicap parking is fine HOWEVER two guests arriving one walker another cane and no handicap special path to enter front desk. I will never return because of that..my mom is 92 with balance issues and I had a severe ped hit last year with a broken foot with 6 plates and a broken tibia with screws. The least the hotel can accomodate is a path for entrance with disabled patrons. This will be my last time here but thanks for asking. You should know!
