Tasty Breakfast - Unusual and Unforgetable

The breakfast was tasty and exceptional. My complements to the cook. I and one of my friends with me, who is quite demanding given he is originally from Baltimore talked about our food experience for a while after we left. I recommend this hotel because the scrambled eggs, the beef patties, and the potatoes are unusually tasty and unforgetabble.

The night attendant and the next morning breakfast attendant were so nice and helpful. But, what they added, the mattress and shower negated. The mattress and pillows long needed to be replaced. The pillows were flat and lumpy, one thin blanket sandwiched between two sheets covered the worn-out mattress. No additional blanket was available. The shower was clean but paint was worn on the back wall, making it look like it hadn’t been cleaned and soap scum remained. My friend and I were very disappointed in this room, as this was supposed to be a Best Western Plus. We expected better.

The place is clean and nice! The staff is great. But I have few things that I would like to point out: as far as the towels, they look old, faded, maybe on the next inventory, please add new towels. The bed is nice and comfortable but the soft brown throw or blanket is old, add new blankets in the inventory list too. Lastly,there is a big garbage on the back parking lot, right by the back entrance, if possible move it somewhere else. Overall, it was not a bad experience. Thanks.

Terrible and scary experience

Worst experience ever. We felt we made a big mistake by taking a room in this location. Dirty streets, abandon areas around, not even a safe parking area close to the hotel. Why hotels. Com eould recomend a place like this for $200.00 dollars a night.??? We do not trust “hotels .com “anymore!!!😡 The location is disgusting!!!

It was so close to the event and it was clean. Mrs. RAY was amazing. So polite! Breakfast was great - real hashbrowns and eggs and a coffee machine. Would stay here again.
