Property is budget friendly but saying it is a convention center property is not accurate. Lobby area is decent but not inviting. It has a very cold feel to it. Room was ok but very outdated. All of the front desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

Wouldn’t stay again tho Mike at the front desk tried to help. Hot water took literally 5 mins to come out, hot water for tea or coffee was barely tepid…staff did bring hot water in carafe. Won’t stay at BWs anymore.used to be nice reasonably priced accommodations. Don’t know who bought the chain but it is dumpy and gross now.

Lots of construction all around the hotel. Made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel. Michael checked us in upon arrival and he was very kind. The bed linens were clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom had clean towels hanging but it did not look clean. There was orange mold and black mold inside the shower that could definitely have been cleaned off with the right cleaning supplies. My husband and I both wore shoes in the shower because it looked that bad. The toilet was gross and we actually used a tissue to put over top of the handle so we could flush without feeling dirty. There is no parking garage for the hotel. You have to park in an open air lot that you pay for at a kiosk (expensive) and it’s not even in the same street as the hotel. We will not be staying at this property again.

Staff was amazing and super helpful 10/10 for them. Room wasn’t as clean as I would expect from a hotel. There was burn marks on the rug and the shower had buildup in the corners.
