Everything about the staff, and the inside of the building is amazing. I stayed at room 209 for the holy convocation at First Church. And the BSL line is super close by! Also the Mormon temple and Scientology is close by. I really appreciate the hospitality and even the breakfast! There is one staffer who might have been angry, but considering the environment, it's understandable. But overall it is wonderful, and would totally visit again if I ever come back!

It was a very classy, and spacious room. Definitely a 10/10. But we had some inconveniences with our reservation because my hubby had lost his wallet during that same week and couldn’t show his physical Id. We had to redo the reservation, in my name this time, and we ended losing the money that we paid to made the first one.

The window blackout curtain did not work, and the window let outside light into the room, which made it very uncomfortable. The air conditioner is right by one of the beds, which made it very cold for this person, but for the other bed, it was just right. It's not a very good design to have the air.
