The hotel staff is incredible. The rooms are clean and well designed. The only hitch was the room service which took 2 tries to have the service needed. Breakfast was super expensive for the offerings. There are other options so consider that. I find it very awkward to have the main entrance - and the first thing you see - occupied by a cadre of valet parking staff - with the reception on the second level. It diminishes the quality of the hotel based on first impressions All in all a moderately priced hotel and very decent. I would stay here again.

The checking-in was very slow and they first charged us the wrong much higher rate. We had to wait 30min for the to fix to the rate we booked through Expedia. Then the room no. was wrtten not clearly 1409 looked like 1404, we could not open the door, we had to go all the way from level 14th to reception to clarify. The staff seemed not very sorry about all their above mistake. Other sides of the hotel was good.

This was my first time visiting Philly and it was wonderful. It’s a short walk to Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell museum, and Reading Terminal Market. The staff, particularly Ty and Maurice, were top notch! Highly recommend staying here!
