Rooftop bar and the lobby bars were excellent. Staff were very very good- professional and helpful and friendly. Great price for being so close to the centre of the city. The only downside was although the room was very large with office space and a huge comfy bed and a great modern bathroom, the hanging space in the wardrobe was very small and there was insufficient space for clothes and the decor of the room was a bit dated. Don’t let these 2 very small moans put you off though it’s a great hotel. Finally if you’re ok with paying over $70 per 24 hours valet parking at the hotel well fine , if that’s too much the parking garage opposite charges $47 per 24 hours. Parking in this part of town is extortionate- best not to take the car! In short GREAT HOTEL in a GREAT PART OF TOWN.

The hotel is very convenient to theater district, historical district and to many restaurants. However, I didn't feel treated well as a guest. I had upgraded (paid extra) to a City View room, I overlooked a parking lot. I had booked the room for 3 people. The bathroom provided 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. They didn't really care.

The front desk help was awesome! Hotel could use upgrades to be more competitive with surrounding ding hotels. Lack of in room dining options and dirty in room walls and headboards makes this a poor fit for future visits.

It was great stayed for two nights and was able to check in early. The only thing I would say is that there was no door for the shower. I dont know if that was the design of it but it was a bit annoying.

Imagine if a large,name brand, 3 star hotel chain opened a new hotel at this location in 2005. Then during the Great Recession it was sold to a Nino Brown like character who redecorated and let it decay. Then more recently a new owner made a very half hearted attempt to give it a facelift. To my knowledge, none of this actually happened, I just had a waking dream about it while I wasn’t able to sleep in the god awful bed. This is a dump. Spend an extra $20 and get a room at one of the many nearby hotels. N.B. The staff at reception were very helpful.

A Little Philly Getaway
It was a pleasant 4 night stay. Our room was very clean and housekeeping responded reasonably. Upon checking into the hotel, we were greeted with a very friendly front desk gentleman ( I wish I could remember his name, but we chatted about Albuquerque). The breakfast buffet available was decent, nothing too extraordinary. Although, I wish it was a little more reasonably priced. All in all, the stay was nice and I would stay again in the future.
