Staff was rude , we couldn’t check in for a long time due to an outage, parking here is a scam it’s 70 a night. We called twice for towels and I still had to find cleaners to get my own towels. They never cleaned our room the 3 days we were there. The staff was rude we were offered late check out due to our late check in experience, I called the front desk she told me were unable to accommodate this so either you want a 11check out or nothing , just rude

Nice comfortable hotel and staff is great. Loved the gym and overall experience but my cons are: cleaning staff not attentive to cleaning the room properly. We had to ask twice and remind them to get our room cleaned and refilled on some utilities. Parking WAY overpriced, park somewhere else.

From the moment I arrived, Steven greeted me with such warmth and professionalism, ensuring my check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Throughout my stay, Josh and Amari were always available to assist with any request, going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor really stood out. Lastly, I can’t forget Maury, who helped with some last-minute arrangements and provided fantastic local recommendations.
