There was no one at the front desk when we came in. There were 2 half rolls of toilet paper. We had to ask for replacement rolls. They don't clean your room unless you ask. So, if they don't clean them, they should supply extra rolls of toilet paper without us having to go to the front desk. There are only shears on the windows. The heavier drapes don't cover the windows. We used the hangers with clips to try to have some sort of privacy. There was no hair dryer. The elevators haven't been inspected since May 2024. One of the attendants was very difficult to understand and he spoke very quickly.

The AC was limited and VERY noisy. We had to run it all night and it was 24” from bed. Airflow was a constant irritation. Room and hotel was clean. Hot breakfast. Difficult location to highway from route one south. It was not worth the lower price.

I got charged twice for my room. We stayed 3 nights never got any clean towels. They never emptied our garbage or made the bed. I do not think staff ever came in our room at all.
