The check-in was done in less than 2 minutes. More like 95 seconds. Loved it. Excellent and precise staff, and an overall easy hotel setup. I wish there was a hotel bar… My favorite check-in of 2024, no joke.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a hotel review, but I just love this hotel so much. This is my second time staying here (found this place by chance last year, intentionally searched for availability here this year), and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as great as possible. I didn’t have a mini fridge in my room, and when I asked if they could store a food item in a fridge for me, they sent a mini fridge up to me within 5 minutes. And on the day I checked out, they were willing to hold onto my luggage until mid-afternoon when I left town. Superb customer service. Will stay here again next time I’m back in town!

Handled the tv issues and i loved having the coffee bar in the lobby. You cant go wrong with Bloomingdales outlet on on one side of the street and Nordstroms Off the Rack on the other corner!
