Nice stay

Stayed for two nights in the city. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was really good. Plenty of restaurants etc. around. I was disappointed that there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. I didn't check or even think to when booking so i dont hold against the hotel. The room we got was small and the ceilings were very high. It was kind of strange. Parking was kind of a pain but it is the city. We enjoyed the free coffee. Price was quite a bit better so i cant complain.

I booked for a family funeral. Then the Eagles won the Super Bowl and Philly had a parade. Chestnut Street was closed. If I had stayed, I would not have been able to get where I needed to be. The hotel had no notice and didn’t honor the price that Expedia was offering. Expedia listed 76$ and I was charged 130$. The hotel would not refund any amount due to the circumstances. Very disappointed.

Nice, but not elite.

Great location, but the room was small and the bed was super uncomfortable. Also, the lobby area is a little congested and has no restroom. I’d stay here again just because it’s a good location and reasonable, but it is not a luxury hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like was my cold shower. There was simply no hot water when I showered before checking out. Otherwise amazing hotel, rate, and stay! Great staff that allowed an early check-in and shared the Go Birds sentiment!
