Overall I would give the property a 7/10. The staff themselves were absolutely amazing. I would give them a 10/10. My flight ended up being canceled due to weather, as many other flights were, and the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport and flexibility to check out late at 4pm instead of 11am was greatly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was good, I appreciate the variety offered. However, the room I stayed in did need some work. When I pulled the toilet tissue roll the toilet paper holder broke, the sink and shower were opposite so the hot side was cold and cold side were hot, and when I went to turn the air down a bit the face of the AC unit fell off. It was storming earlier in the evening so the wifi was not working as well. Like I said, the staff was absolutely amazing-specifically the shuttle drivers and the people that checked me in/out. However, I do think for the nightly price the room should be updated to a higher standard.

After staying in various locations near Aston, we found a better experience for less money. This place felt dirty and had a bad smell; it’s definitely not worth the price. I do not recommend it at all. Additionally, it's located across from a fire station, so you can hear all the sirens, which was awful.

I looked at the reviews and decided to stay based on the positive comments from recent posts. The hotel is in need of some TLC; however ,the staff was prompt, courteous, and my room was clean and comfortable. For the price and last minute accommodations, I was not disappointed. It's very close to the airport and it was very quiet.

The staff at this property is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Jessica, in particular, was exceptionally accommodating at the front desk, making check-in a breeze. It's important to note that the property is currently undergoing renovations, which is why I can't give it a full 5-star rating at this time. There are some areas that need improvement, but I can see that once the renovations are complete in a few months, this hotel will undoubtedly be well worth the price. One specific area that requires attention is the internet service, which relies on Dish; an upgrade to a more reliable provider would significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, the minor issues I encountered are easily fixable, and I look forward to seeing the transformed property in the near future.

The service was excellent. All employees from the airport transfer guys to the employee that checked us in were great. The building had a very odd smell no matter where you were. The beds were squeaky, the locks on the doors were unfinished yet rusted and we were worried they were not safe enough. The vending machine on our floor ate all of the cash and change I put in it without giving me anything. Overall, would not stay there again. The price did not match the quality.

The hallways smelled The transport shuttle was old and beat up The driver wasn't friendly The room was old and in serious need of updating. The online pictures do not depict the hotel accurately at all. It was way over priced. I will never stay here again.

Selecting this hotel, you’ll regret it. The floors are dirty, in the hall and in the rooms. Even the ceiling is filthy. My toilet was dirty with poop and urine stains. They left trash bags in the hall for days and it smelled so bad. They lock the doors at night so once I was returning from my night out, I have to wait at the door for over 30 mins because the receptionist was using the “bathroom”. Don’t stay here guys.
